I’m Stuart Macfarlane and music is what I do. Guitar, keyboards and song writing are my main claims.
Some of you might have seen me in Storm or The Fabulous Picasso Brothers, and my other past crimes are listed on the About page, if you have a few minutes to waste!
Five piece band playing just about anything and everything.
Jonty Martindale, John Clark and I originally formed this band in 1994, and several line-up changes later, we’re still going strong.
Originally a modern Country band, we now mainly play a mixture of genres from the 50s until now. You’ll find us all over, at clubs, pubs, theatres, festivals, weddings and parties.
We support Elvis tribute artist, Gordon Hendricks and still play the odd Country gig when we can get them.
If you’d like a booking, contact Jonty Martindale.
Rock band
Rob Wallace, Dave Kinley and I get together to make a lot of noise as often as we can! Started in 1994, I joined in 1997. We generally play pubs and clubs, and its classic rock covers from AC/DC to ZZ Top.

Guitar tuition
Having successfully trained with the Yamaha School of Music, Kendal, I can offer guitar tuition to suit all ranges of ability.
My technique is very relaxed and I usually begin with where the pupil’s interest lie, not with scales and punishing exercises.
I’m currently working on a follow up album to “Unbreakable” which will be called “Observations From a Glass House”. There’s some final mixing to do and then it’ll be ready for sale.
